This is my standard recipe for red sauce. The key is to allow the sauce to cook for several hours, if possible. It’s best to adjust spices to your liking, as everyone has different tastes. If you like a sweet sauce, simply add sugar. For more spice, add more crushed red pepper. Enjoy!
